You can pay with the most usual credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Maestro) or request the services of our first aid kit...

| SERVICE AREA FOR MOTORHOMES |

You know better than anyone that in Spain it is quite difficult to find good and affordable service areas for motorhomes. We have one in our campsite and we thought it could be useful to you. The service area is inside the campsite, on a platform and it works with tokens.
If the motorhomer is not lodged in the campsite, the price is 1 Euro for 15 minutes of use. If the motorhomer is lodged, the use is for free. You can fill the water tank, empty used waters and WC, and take electricity all at the same place.

El Astral is prepared to welcome people with reduced mobility.
There are access ramps to all our facilities. We have a fully equipped shower stall in every bathroom facility.
All our facilities are marked and in our restaurant we have a menu in Braille. |

At the Reception, there is a PC with Internet connection (price 1.20 €/30 minutes) at your disposal.
There is Wi-Fi connection on the 90% of the campsite (see our rates).

At El Astral you'll find a specific area for those clients who like to contribute to a cleaner world. In this space our clients can separe their garbage and put it inside each adequate recycling container. There is even a surface to support your bags or boxes in the meanwhile. Thanks to a colors sytem, several pannels inform you about which container to use for each type of material.
There are containers for glass, all type of bottles and cans, paper, cardboard, vegetal oil and batteries.

| HEALTH CARE |

El Astral has a first aid kit.
The Health Care Centre is 1 km away from the campsite and it offers health care 24 hours a day. Accident and Emergency Service. Emergency Ambulance.
Also 1 km away, Tordesillas has 4 pharmacies and one of them is a 24-hour pharmacy.
Besides, there is a dental surgery with young staff although with wide experience and high quality facilities.
