At El Astral, big pitches are not a lux

Our style is the usual and real camping. We tamp our roads without asphalt, there are no kerbs to delimit the street and the pitch, our decoration is asymmetrical and autochthonous. We have a nice area without pitches, with small and lush trees, for tents or clients with small vehicles or even for those who come without vehicle or on a bike.

Our affordable prices include hot water, swimming-pool (01/06 to 15/09) and the use of the sports and leisure areas.

Grassy pitches

We are always investing in more comfort for our clients. That's why, year after year, we add more pitches with grass, which is a very difficult task due to our geographical location and our weather; but a new experimental hybrid lawn seems to stand the rigors of winter, the heat, and the dryness of summer. We already have available a camp area of 3000 sqm covered with grass. Anyway, the rest of our pitches will let you stay with full comfort.

Pitches for Motorhomes

Motorhomers feel very comfortable in El Astral and they are one of our main sources of clients. Our campsite is humble but it has all what they need for their comfort:

- We have large pitches up to 200 sqm for the biggest vehicles.

- There is a large area of 110 sqm pitches. You enter them by one side and leave them by the other side, so there is no need to manoeuvre.

- Since 1990 we have a Service Area, the first opened in a campsite in Spain. It provides water and drainage for free to our clients.

- Chemical toilet emptying room.

- Absolute peace and safety is the great prestige of El Astral.

Therefore, and also due to our famous throughout the European motorhome websites and forums, we were given the Alan Rogers Motorhome Award 2006. This award is granted by the prestigious British guide "Alan Rogers" to the best campsite specialized in motorhome clients. And since then our quality has improved a lot.
